Subject: Supply, Delivery, and Installation of School Kitchen Equipment and Tools for 30 Targeted Rural Schools

Please find below our official response to the inquiries received from the bidders

| 1 | We are a Mongolian company, who will supply the above goods by working with Chinese manufactures of Canteen Equipment and tools. As state in the tender document, “the Bidder must have successfully completed, as a main supplier, at least one contract valued at no less than USD 117,000 for lot one and USD 92,000 for Lot 2 within the last three years (2022, 2023, and 2024). A copy of the signed contract and the official hand-over certificate to the end user must be submitted as evidence”. Our question: Is the ‘one contract’ mentioned above required to be supply of Kitchen equipment only? Or, can this be contract for any kind of goods (not necessarily kitchen items)? Please let us know. | As clarified on page 27 under Section 2: Essential Criteria, item 5 (Tender document) states that to confirm relevant experience in the supply of commercial kitchen equipment, each bidder must submit at least one contract valued at no less than USD 117,000 for Lot 1 and USD 92,000 for Lot 2.
Therefore, bidders are required to demonstrate experience in the supply of kitchen equipment with at least two contracts, one of which must meet or exceed the specified value for each respective lot.
