Consulting Team to conduct Project Baseline Survey

Save the Children Japan in Mongolia is going to implement a project “Promoting sustainable holistic and inclusive developmental support in early childhood in Mongolia” funded by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
We are seeking a qualified Consulting Team to comprehensively assess the current situation of the policies on early identification and intervention of disabilities and beneficiaries working at or with family health centers, branch commissions, and kindergartens before the project starts, and to collect baseline information for observing changes during the project implementation.
Contract duration:
The consultancy service will be completed in three calendar months, commencing at the beginning of April 2025.
Team specification:
The team would be composed of a team leader (who provides overall leadership), and a research coordinator (focal point to report to the project team on all contractual obligations). It is also recommended that the team have a sectoral expert as a consultant and qualified support staff with relevant university degrees and experience conducting research, particularly in the education and health sector.
