Consulting Team to conduct Project Endline Survey

Save the Children Japan in Mongolia has been implementing a three-year (April 2021 – March 2024) project “Promoting Inclusive Education throughout Primary and Lower-secondary Education in Mongolia” funded by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
We are seeking a qualified Consulting Team to measure changes from the baseline surveys conducted in Year-1 and Year-2 of the project, evaluate the outcomes of the three-year project, and develop recommendations based on the cumulated experiences and lessons learned under the project.
Contract duration:
The consultancy service will be completed in three calendar months, commencing at the beginning of November 2023.
Team specification:
The team would be composed of a team leader (who provides overall leadership for the study), and a research coordinator (focal point person to report to the project team on all contractual obligations). It is also required that the team has qualified support staff who hold relevant university degrees and possess experience in conducting research, particularly, in the education sector.
