Ganchimeg Jargalsaikhan
MANAGER OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION
Ganchimeg has extensive experience as an HR professional, having worked with several organizations, including KPMG Mongolia, Archetype Group, and ADRA Mongolia. She has developed a strong foundation in HR-specific knowledge and skills, particularly in Employee Relations Management (ERM), Personal Development, and Talent Acquisition.
She graduated with a BBA in Human Resource Management from the School of Business Administration and Humanities at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Ganchimeg also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Public Relations from Da-Yeh University in Taiwan (R.O.C.) and another Master’s degree in Policy Science from Ritsumeikan University in Japan, which she obtained through the Japanese Government MEXT scholarship. Additionally, she has attended several academic conferences in the field of HR Management, with research interests that include intrinsic motivation in teamwork, employment disability, Official Development Assistance (ODA), and development policy.
Ganchimeg has a long-standing passion for learning and community service, beginning her volunteering journey as a young volunteer with the Red Cross in high school. She loves and dedicates her time for community service. She speaks English and some Japanese and Chinese. Therefore, she has a keen interest in the history of the Mongol Empire and Tengrism.
