Around 15 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) across development and humanitarian programs. Since 2017, serves as MEAL Coordinator at Save the Children Mongolia, responsible for organizational MEAL functions and interventions in child protection, education, disaster response and small grants. Previously worked at World Vision Mongolia as Area Development Program Manager (2+ years), overseeing 4-5 projects in maternal and child health, economic development, child protection, and child sponsorship with grassroots community participation. Also served as M&E Specialist, coordinating feasibility assessments, program design and redesign, endline evaluations, proposal writing, and grant acquisition.

She holds an MBA from the University of Finance and Economics (Mongolia).
