Bayarmaa is an education specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the education sector, with expertise in project and program management, planning, monitoring and evaluation, and procurement. Since 2022, she has been working at Save the Children as a Project Coordinator and Manager, leading projects aimed at improving the quality of education and expanding access to education.

She also has extensive experience implementing and providing consultancy for projects funded by international organizations such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the International Labor  Organization (ILO).

She holds a master’s degree in education from Hiroshima University, Japan, and a PhD in Higher Education Management from Mongolian University of Education.
