Hiring Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (EQUAL project)

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Ministry of Education and Science (MES) along with Save the Children is implementing a grant project “Enabling Equity to Advance Learning” (EQUAL), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), a multi-stakeholder partnership organization that aims to strengthen education systems in developing countries.

The EQUAL project’s objective is to improve access and quality of learning through inclusive approaches in Mongolia. The project will have three components: 1) Inclusive Education; 2) School Feeding; and 3) Blended Education. Save the Children will be working as the Grant Agent (GA) for the EQUAL project throughout its implementation.

We are immediately hiring for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the EQUAL project (3 years). We will offer selected candidates competitive pay, generous benefits, and a lot of opportunities for personal growth and development.

The Monitoring and Evaluation officer is to work on the M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) arrangements for the project including the Results Framework (RF), oversee data collection for the RF indicators, provide quality assurance on data collected, and collect relevant data and information from monthly and quarterly progress reports at the project level, and facilitate external evaluation surveys.
