Batzorig is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s administration, human resources and information technology policies and operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards. He also plays a key role in equipping management with critical information related to safety and security management, while contributing to the implementation of the organization’s strategic planning, performance monitoring and reporting processes.

Prior to this role, he served at the National Legal Institute of Mongolia as the Coordinator of the Integrated Legal Information System and as a Policy Researcher, and later held the position of Head of the Legal Information Center. Through these roles, he gained extensive experience in public policy development, information system design and management and organizational governance.

Batzorig holds a Master of Arts in Public Management from the International University of Japan.
