PROJECT MANAGER

Nyamdavaa Yondonjamts is currently the manager of the “Entrepreneurship-Focused Socioemotional Skills for the Most Vulnerable Youth in Rural Mongolia Project”, financed by the Japan Social Development Fund and managed by the World Bank.

Prior to joining Save the Children, he worked as Director of the National Non-Formal Education Center and Deputy Director of the National Institute of Education, and contributed to the development of the Non-Formal Education System in Mongolia. He also worked at UN agencies, the International Labor Organization and the International Organization for Migration, where he implemented a number of projects to improve the issues of child labor, youth employment, employment of people with disabilities and internal migration.

Mr. Nyamdavaa graduated as a history and social sciences teacher, and obtained his Master’s degree in Non-Formal Education from the Mongolian State University of Education. Additionally, he obtained a diploma of International Education Management and Planning from the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning in Paris, France. His hobby is nature photography. He loves to study international educational management, adult education and literacy education.
