Entrepreneurship Focused Socio-emotional Learning (ESEL)
The ESEL training aims to develop creative and entrepreneurial mindset of rural youth. The training is delivered to 14-25-year-old children and youth at secondary schools and Lifelong Learning Education Centers in target 25 soums of Khovd, Zavkhan, Uvurkhangai, Govisumber, and Sukhbaatar provinces. TVET youths at target areas are also involved in the training.
The ESEL training is:
- Based on the theory of expansive learning
- Employs Project-based learning approach
- Rich in practical exercises
- Meets the needs of rural youth.
